I admire people who dare to say out loud what other people think. I agree with Moore but I thought Adrien Brodey was sincere and his plea for peace far more effective than the blunt approach. (I loved how he didn't even hesitate when he kissed Halle Berry, what a man!) And the great thing about living in a democracy is freedom of speech, I'm worried about the troops over there and the loss of innocent life on both sides, like Brodey said, let's pray for a quick resolution -Victorian Sky

I'm between 9 & 10. I have family and 'friends' still in and I'm scared for them. I agree with whoever said that many jws are comfortable in their own world. The attitude is 'I may be miserable but hey, we've got the truth!' I am so happy to be free of the relentless guilt & fear and I wish the same for those I love who are still in. I don't care if the GB is sincerely wrong, those few men in brooklyn have stolen too many lives and broken up families - Bring on judgment day for the GB!

My aunt and I went to a door and the guy invites us in. We were stunned to find the entire apartment - including the walls covered in aluminum foil! He said he was protecting his brain waves from the CIA & the FBI and the most evil of them all NASA! He said they staged all the shuttle launches at a studio in Hollywood, did we come to warn him about the conspiracy? My eyes were watering because I wanted to laugh, my aunt kept nodding because she was trying so hard not to laugh. After we left we couldn't do another door we were in hysterics.

I experienced the lack of love firsthand, that brought my doubts to the surface. I hated the way families were torn apart by disfellowshiping, I never thought there was anything loving about it. I didn't believe that the Bible forbid blood transfusions - and all those children dying. Then I read old Watchtower publications like 'The Divine Plan of the Ages' and 'The Finished Mystery'. I was shocked out of my mind when I read that nonsense along with the history of the organization. I knew there is no way God could be with these crazy people, no matter how sincere they are. Sorry about your dad, my mom is one too so I can relate. I pray for her, if you believe in God, pray for your dad, I'm sure it will help:)

'Saving Grace' - About mid age woman who grows pot in Scotland! 'The Princess Bride' - Sentimental favorite, 'Anne of Green Gables & Anne of Avonlea' - Must go to Prince Edward Island before I die! 'Monsoon Wedding' - Indian movie with subtitles about an arranged wedding, 'Amele' - cute french movie about a do gooder afraid to love, 'Notting Hill' - Even though the real Notting Hill has so many cool ethnic groups and this, movie has none, I'm a sucker for the love story, 'Some Kind of Wonderful' - I agree with you Bitter Sweet, I always cry at the end, pathetic, I know. 'A Room with a View' - Most men want to slit their wrist after seeing this but I love it, I know most of the words, love the costumes, just love it, 'Emma' - with Gwenyth Paltrow soooo romantic 'Mulan' & 'The Lion King' - Ha Koona Matatta everyone!
